More in detail, the specific objectives of this Call are as follows: - Selection of AIGF Consortia: Following a rigorous evaluation of the tenders by the EuroHPC JU with the support of independent experts, the Governing Board will make an award decision, establishing a ranked list of successful AIGF Consortia. - Procurement of Compute Access Time: To establish a framework for the joint acquisition of a guaranteed share of AI compute access time from the selected AIGF Consortia, formalised through the signature of a Framework Contract and a number of subsequent Specific Contracts with the successful AIGF Consortia. This project aims to encourage small schools to cluster together in local groups, enabling them to collaborate and identify common challenges and trial innovative solutions. The clusters have been asked to self-identify areas in which they wish to collaborate and identify possible solutions to some of the challenges they face. The focus of their work is the sustainability of small schools and they are currently implementing project work in this area. The DEY invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced persons to deliver a final independent evaluation of this action research project and to provide an understanding of the impact of the implementation and outcomes of the project that will help inform the future policy development for small schools and their long-term sustainability.Provision of Visualization Services for the National Transport Authority and Establishment of a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Public Transport Projects funded by the National Transport Authority

These projects range from cycling and walking schemes to larger scale bus and rail projects. The Authority is seeking conclude a contract for the Provision of Visualisation Services with the most economically advantageous Tenderer. The Authority shall draw down the Services at its sole discretion as required under the Contract with the successful Tenderer. The first two (2) projects for which are the Services shall be drawn down as follows: • Reference Project 1: Dublin City, Coolock to Clontarf (Vernon Avenue to Coast) Walking and Cycling Scheme – 3D illustrations; and • Reference Project 2: Dublin City, Ringsend to City Centre Walking and Cycling Scheme – 3D photomontages and video animation. In addition, the Authority is seeking to establish a multi-party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Visualisation Services for public transport related projects funded by the Authority, with the six (6) highest ranked most economically advantageous Tenderers. The successful Tenderer(s) shall provide the Services under the Contract and/or Framework Agreement in accordance with the specification requirements across the following categories: a) Photography; b) Photomontages; c) 3-D Visualization; d) Illustrations/Collages; e) Animation; f) Schematic Mapping; g) Artificial Intelligence (AI) and h) Any other services specific to the successful Tenderer’s expertise, including those enhanced by emerging technologies. Aug.Leading Healthcare Providers (LHP) Skillnet is seeking to partner with a suitably qualified organisation to undertake an independent longitudinal impact and evaluation study of the Nursing Home Leadership Education and Development (NH-LEAD) Initiative. Funded by the Department of Health, the NH-LEAD Initiative has been established to strengthen leadership, governance and management capability across Ireland's nursing home sector through the provision of accredited postgraduate education. The purpose of this procurement is to appoint an experienced research organisation to design and deliver a comprehensive mixed-methods evaluation of the initiative over its duration. The successful tenderer will be required to develop an evaluation framework and undertake a longitudinal study incorporating quantitative and qualitative research methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, stakeholder consultation, documentary review and other appropriate evaluation approaches. The evaluation should assess the implementation, effectiveness and impact of the initiative at learner, organisational and sectoral levels, providing robust evidence to inform future policy, programme development and investment in leadership education within the long-term residential care sector.
