Country:   SAO TOME AND PRINCIPE Description of the Assignment:  This assignment provides high-level technical, strategic, and quality assurance advisory services to implement scalable solar PV minigrids and accelerate clean energy access under the Africa Minigrid Program in São Tomé and Príncipe. Period of assignment/services (if applicable):  15 months (comprising 125 working days: 65 days remote and 60 days on-site across 5 field missions) Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
