10Pipetting robot for the Pathology Department at Helse Stavanger HF
SYKEHUSINNKJØP HFVADSØThe objective of the procurement is to enter into a procurement contract for the purchase of 1 complete pipetting robot, including software and any necessary licence(s) for intended use, to the Pathology Department at Helse Stavanger HF. The pipetting robot shall be delivered with UV light, thermosclers and a fully validated method for Illumina TSO500 v2 and KAPA EvoPrep Boost Kit v2. At the same time a framework agreement shall be signed for the procurement of associated equipment dependant consumables. An option is to be offered for service, cf. Annex 10 - Overview of service levels, service courses, extended training in programming/advanced functions (if offered), suitable table for lab (if table model), barcode reader with the necessary software (if offered), fully validated method for Illumina TSO500 ctDNAv2, programming and verification of the modified Roche KAPA EvoPrep Boost Kit v2 protocol and other life costs (spare parts/wearing parts/maintenance parts). The option for a suitable table applies for 4 years from the last electronic signing date. Other options apply from the last electronic signing date and as long as the equipment is in use by the Contracting Authority. The options can be price adjusted in accordance with the procurement contract point 4.2. The consumption of equipment dependent consumables can vary from year to year. The estimated pipetting extent is approx. 700 samples per annum. The maximum pipetting scope is 2,000 samples per annum. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. The pipetting robot shall be used to pipet patient samples and reagents for preparing NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) library for small and medium scale analyses/research project. The background for the procurement is increased use of NGS in routine operations, clinical studies and research projects, and as a result there is a greater need for flexibility in all parts of the analysis process. The objective of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for the purchase of head lights for Helse Bergen HF. Intended use: Head lamps shall be used for examinations and treatment of patients with different conditions on the face, nose and oral cavity. There will be a need for use both outpatients, surgically and at the patient ́s bed. The use can be both short term and for long periods, and the head lights must therefore be suitable for varied and long term use. The estimated number of head lamps that shall be procured in the agreement period of four (4) years is sixty (60) units. The maximum number that can be procured under the contract shall not exceed fifty percent (30%) beyond the estimated number. JuniIn accordance with the Specialist Health Services Act §2-1a, Helse Vest shall ensure that patients resilende in the Western Health Region are offered specialist health services. These services are provided partly through separate health companies and partly through contracts with private tenderers for specialist health services. Helse Vest would like to enter into a contract for services within ENT and vascular surgery from a private tenderer. Helse Vest undertakes this procurement primarily to relieve Helse Stavanger HF and reduce the accumulated waiting times in the health company. The enquiry is therefore primarily for patients resilring in the western health region. The services shall be carried out in the tenderer ́s premises, and the premises shall be in Stavanger. Tenders with different delivery locations will be rejected. The basis for the location is consideration for patients and a short travel route.
