Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics OrganisationBallerupUnder the Dynamic Purchasing System for Unmanned Aerial Systems, DALO has purchased 25 sets of micro FPV unmanned aerial systems from AA Defence ApS. One set contains 5 unmanned aerial vehicles and spare parts. The systems are multicopters and cybersecure. The systems will be used for training. Due to platform-technical limitations, this notice incorrectly states that the legal basis for this DPS is Directive 2014/24/EU. As the legal basis for the dynamic purchasing system is deemed to be the Defence and Security Directive, DALO's purchase of unmanned aerial systems falls under the scope of directive 2009/81/EC.Acquisition of Desert Boots to the Danish Defence
Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics OrganisationBallerupFrist: 18. JuniThe Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) wishes to renew the framework agreements concerning the military Combat Boot system. The system consists of 7 framework agreements including specific boots and an assortment of various related footwear whereas this Contract Notice covers the Desert Boots. The Desert Boot is part of the soldier’s equipment. Without boots that fits ergonomically, and/or suit the environment, the soldier cannot perform to the best of his/her abilities. Therefore this tender aims to provide each soldier (male and female) with boots, that fit the soldiers individually and provide the necessary protection in different environments. The Desert Boot will be used by soldiers working in offices most of their time, but the Desert Boot shall also function as a boot for use in dry warm desert areas. It is important that the Desert Boot is breathable, light, flexible and has shock absorption in the midsole. But at the same time provides enough stability to the foot and ankle. The Desert Boot must have a lifetime of minimum 12 months of military use. To fully understand the requirements of the Desert Boot see Appendix 1 in the tendering material. The evaluation of the boots includes tests of products samples. DALO is only looking for high quality boots, and after the Tenderer has made his best and final offer (BAFO) the offered boot must reach a minimum quality level threshold of at least 7,3 (from 0-10) to continue in the final tendering procedure. DALO reserves the right to award the Agreement based on the INDO1 or on any additional INDOs. In that case DALO will request receipt of all product samples mentioned in Enclosure E – DALO’s test schedule and procedure for testing and evaluation in accordance with Enclosure C – The award criterion and evaluation method - that otherwise should be submitted in connection with BAFO if DALO chooses to award the Agreement based on INDO1 or on any additional INDOs. This also means complying with the minimum quality level threshold. This tender is part of DALO’s larger acquisition of Combat Boots. The total acquisition consists of 5 individual tendering procedures and a total of 7 agreements: 1 tender for Combat Boots with 2 winners (2 parallel framework agreements) 1 tender for Patrol Boots with 2 winners (2 parallel framework agreements) 1 tender for Desert Boots 1 tender for Cold Weather Boots 1 tender for Combat Safety Boots If a Candidate/Tenderer wants to make an PQQ application/offer for one of the other agreements, the Candidate/Tenderer has to put forward the application/offer in the respective tendering procedure regarding that specific boot. De Danske Kongers Kronologiske Samling på RosenborgKøbenhavn KFrist: 30. JuliThe purpose of this invitation to tender (ITT) is to select a lead consultant with responsibility for the development and form of exhibition design for The Kingdom’s Treasury at Rosenborg Castle for The Royal Danish Collection. See also appendix 4. Project Brief. The exhibition is part of the overall development of the project for a new version of The Kingdom’s Treasury at Rosenborg Castle site, which will create new exhibition spaces for artefacts with unique historic, cultural and national significance from the Royal Danish Collection. Rosenborg Castle’s new treasury is intended as an experience that visitors will find impressive and moving. The appointed exhibition designer will be responsible for developing the interpretation concept and exhibition design in close collaboration with the Royal Danish Collection and relevant stakeholders, including foundations, the Agency for Culture and Palaces and other associated consultants. The contract involves the development of the narrative and spatial design concept and detailed planning as the basis for tender and production of exhibition equipment. The commission also includes consultancy in connection with the purchase, production and installation of all the exhibition elements included in the project scope. Production and installation are expected to be put out to tender as an all-inclusive contract or as partial contracts, and the Exhibition Designer will be required to assist in the preparation and execution of these contracts. The tender process for the exhibition design is carried out before the conclusion of the competition for the design of the building that will house the exhibition. The process will therefore be based on an exhibition area with a fictitious floor plan. Importantly, it should be noted that the tenderers are not expected to present a finished proposal but rather ideas, concepts and proposals that will be developed in a collaborative process with the Royal Danish Collection and the appointed lead consultants for the building contract. The Royal Danish Collection is not legally obligated to put this contract out to tender but has chosen to do so, following the regulations in the Danish Public Procurement Act. The design Contract must be tendered as a single whole, as there must be one responsible Supplier for the design deliverable. Accordingly, it is not divided into multiple consultancy agreements, as this would not result in a coherent expression for the exhibition.
