Politiets fellestjenesterOSLOThe police need three young dogs for search dogs for delivery by 12 June 2026. The need can be met with green search developed dogs. The tender offer with the best overall score will win the competition and a contract will be awarded for delivery. The suitability test will be carried out as agreed in weeks 25-26/2026 at the Police Education Centre in Kongsvinger. Tenderers with a large number of relevant and available dogs can, upon agreement, have their tests assessed at the tenderer. This will be particularly assessed against the Contracting Authority's need for each procurement. Search dogs have education in responding and highlighting the different types of odour pictures in different environments. In the search dogs category, dogs are trained to search for, for example, but not limited to drugs, flammable fluids, explosives, blood, semen, currency, weapons, buried corpses and corpses. The dogs must be able to work in different types of environments such as, among other things, inside, outside, height, darkness, movable surfaces and dark surfaces and dark surfaces. The search dog shall tolerate the mental stress this can cause. The current breeds are mainly based on retriever breeds and spaniel breeds. Breeds with genetic traits that involve congenital defence ability and sharpness are not considered relevant. VAV has a continual need for large quantities of crushed rock masses for this work. The agency will therefore enter into parallel framework agreements with several tenderers so that the agency ́s needs are fully covered. VAV will enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 4 (four) tenderers, depending on how many tenders are received. The agency has an increasing need for crushed rock masses. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 40,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period. The estimate was made based on historical figures and the expected future use in accordance with the Contracting Authority's best judgement. The specific call-offs depend on the department ́s changing need in the contract period. Emphasis is put on the fact that the contract does not carry any purchasing obligation for VAV. JuliThe objective of the framework agreement is to cover Vegårshei municipality ́s need for ongoing maintenance and operation of the municipality ́s properties within plumbing work. The works will include a number of assignments of varying sizes and scope, including major renovations, replacement of old equipment and installations, repairs and maintenance assignments on existing equipment and installations, as well as work on new buildings. Other services that naturally come under the discipline of HVAC can be provided if there is a need in the contract period. Materials needed for the different operations will be included in the work. Although the procurement comprises some material, it is emphasised that this contract does not provide any exclusiveity for the delivery of such material, and that the Contracting Authority is not otherwise obliged to procure materials from the service provider.Framework agreement for the purchase of CO2 for water treatment
Oslo kommune v/ Vann- og avløpsetatenOsloThe Agency for Water and Sewerage Works (VAV) needs to deliver CO2 that is used for water treatment at VAV ́s facilities. VAV shall enter into a new framework agreement for CO2 for the facilities at Oset and Skullerud. The need for CO2 delivered to the plants is estimated to be approx. 2,800 tonnes per annum, divided in approx. 2,500 tonnes at Oset and approx. 300 tonnes at Skullerud VBA. The consumption is evenly distributed throughout the year. The stated volume is estimated from the current consumption and is only meant as information to tenderers. From 2028 it is expected that consumption at Oset will be reduced. The extent of this is uncertain. Tenderers shall also offer maintenance/service of the CO2 plant and gas safety courses. A site inspection will be held, see the tender documentation point 3.2 for further information.Framework agreement for the procurement of sustainable bio-fuel for VAV - Bulk delivery

The contract shall be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 16,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period, including options. The estimate was made based on historical figures and the expected future use in accordance with the Contracting Authority's best judgement. The specific call-offs depend on the department ́s changing need in the contract period. Emphasis is put on the fact that the contract does not carry any purchasing obligation for VAV.
