Aug.The objective of the framework agreements is to facilitate conditions for cost efficient procurements of good design and high quality furniture, which at the same time are environmentally friendly and contribute to a circular economy for all ministries. It is necessary to procure office furniture such as panel furniture, office chairs, environment furniture and interior, including textiles and interior such as curtains, carpets, sound absorbers etc. and for facilitating functioning office work stations for all employees as well as supplementing the new government quarter. In addition furniture and interior shall also be procured for the Government's representation facility (including the Prime Minister ́s residence), commuter residences and foreign stations thereof. The list is not exhaustive. The procurement shall also include additional services such as interior architect services, repairs and maintenance, upgrading and drawing of existing furniture, as well as further mediation of existing furniture holding for reuse and securing optimum material recovery. The tenderer is required to offer the purchase of new furniture as well as leasing so that flexibility is taken care of when changing or moving to new areas/premises. The need will change in line with organisational changes. In addition it is important to be able to supplement or adapt furniture for changed needs at work. The estimated value of the procurement is from NOK 52,000,000 - 104,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The contract will be valid for two (2) years, with an option to extend the contract for a further one (1) + one (1) year, to a total maximum of four (4) years.Framework agreement for winter maintenance
OFA IKSGJERSTADGjerstad municipality shall enter into framework agreements for winter maintenance on municipal roads. The framework agreement is for the hire of tractors and possibly other machines with drivers for snow clearing and clearing municipal roads/open spaces. Winter operations mainly comprise routine operational assignments, stand-by assignments and reports to the contracting authority. The term operational assignments includes snow clearing and gritting of roads, car parks and foot paths/pavements etc. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to ensure that winter maintenance is carried out in accordance with the current service level (self-call-out) in accordance with the current requirements. The contracting authority has the right to call out the tenderer to perform services under the contract when he sees a need for this or finds this appropriate. Troms fylkeskommuneTromsøFrist: 12. Aug.Troms County invites relevant tenderers to a market dialogue for planning a new framework agreement for groceries. The aim of the hearing is to identify the market ́s possibilities and recommendations as regards the county ́s needs and expectations, as well as what systems and possibilities are available to safeguard environmental considerations in an appropriate and competitive manner. At the same time, the hearing replies will help avoid cancelling the competition due to poor need coverage, or rejection of tenderers due to too stringent requirements. Troms County would like relevant tenderers' tenderers to see the attached draft of requirement specifications, qualification requirements and contract terms. Particular input is wanted regarding whether the requirements are relevant and/or if some of the requirements seem competitive, as well as the tenderer's input on, among other things, the choice of price model, the possibility of offering organic products, fresh meat and fish and local food, as well as emission-free transport. Tenderers are also invited to share all relevant experiences, proposals and assessments that can contribute to a good tender documentation and a future orientated contract. Emphasis is put on the fact that tenderers shall not fill in the attached draft of documents, but give feedback on the questions that have been formulated in the question tab. At the expiry of the hearing deadline, we will review all inputs and assess what is appropriate to include in the final documents. The inputs will be treated confidentially and not visualised for other suppliers. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to comply with the input and emphasises that the documents are to be seen as provisional drafts. Please note that Troms County does not reimburse any costs for participation in the hearing. Please note that tenderers who participate in the market dialogue can be contacted afterwards if the contracting authority needs clarification or further information. The contracting authority plans, among other things, to submit a draft of the price form for a hearing to tenderers who have registered their interest, after this round of hearing has been carried out. Tenderers are requested to give feedback if there is a need for an extended reply deadline. The contracting authority understands that this may be necessary due to ongoing holiday leave.Procurement of a Framework Agreement for Aeronautical Chemicals
ForsvarsmateriellOSLOFrist: 07. Sept.The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the Norwegian Defence ́s need for chemicals for the maintenance and repair of aircraft, including aircrafts and helicopters in peace, stand-by situations, armed conflict, crisis and war. The aircraft shall also be interpreted as including missiles. The framework agreement shall ensure access to products used for maintenance and repairs, in accordance with the requirements of military airworthiness regulation. See part II General Contract Terms, Annex B (Requirement Specifications) and Annex D (Price Form and Product Form) for further details on the extent of the procurement. The estimated value of the framework agreement is NOK 50-75 million excluding VAT over the maximum duration of the framework agreement. The estimate is made based on historical figures and/or expected future use according to the contracting authority ́s best judgement. The forecast documentation is uncertain due to large product breadth, phasing out/phasing in air systems and a lack of history for new platforms. Furthermore, global development, political guidelines, stand-by and changes in the composition of aircraft at the contracting authority can lead to changes in future consumption. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 95 million excluding VAT over the maximum duration of the framework agreement.
