Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to submit tenders for collection services. The main aim of the framework agreement is to secure a contract with a professional actor who safeguards the municipality ́s customer group in a good and gentle way, in accordance with Trondheim municipality ́s own values. The aim of the new contract is to collect the entire collection portfolio for the municipality at one tenderer. Tenderers shall have the necessary capacity, competence and clear routine descriptions to safeguard all of Trondheim municipality's recovery areas, including, among other things, municipal property fees, municipal rent and other arrears, parking, starting loans, social loans, UMS and too much paid wages. Okt.The contracting authority invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for contractor services - municipal engineering installations for Trondheim municipality. Trondheim municipality intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with 3-4 tenderers for reduced site measures for water, sewage, sanitation and roads. It may also be necessary to use the framework agreement for work within urban areas and green areas, but the Contracting Authority is not obliged to use the contract within this area. The site measures can vary and can be pure projects within water and sewage facilities, roads, sanitation or urban areas and green areas, or they can constitute combined projects where several disciplines are included. The extent of the site measures in the framework agreement can include, but is not limited to the following areas: Water and sewage installations: New installations, renovations, renewals, separation projects as well as other relevant improvement works. Road measures: Development of roads, pavements, cycle paths, the establishment of bicycle parking, bus stops, noise reduction screens, lighting of public spaces, as well as the construction of retaining walls and similar constructions. Sanitation measures: Minor alteration works, repairs and necessary improvements connected to the existing sanitation plant and infrastructure. Urban areas and green areas: Replacement of polluted matter, vegetation work and reconditioning/establishing quarters, tracks and edges. The framework agreement will cover site measures of varying complexity and size, primarily categorised as smaller to medium sized projects. Most of the assignments will be located within Trondheim municipality.Procurement of tourism services for Trondheim towards 2030.

Okt.Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender competition with negotiations for a contract for tourism services for Trondheim towards 2030.The contracting authority is currently contributing with a grant to Visit Trondheim to sell, market, develop and brand building Trondheim as an attractive tourist destination, national and international. In 2026 the contracting authority expects to procure tourism services for a total of NOK 2,865,000 excluding VAT. In the terms of the grant, Trondheim municipality expects Visit Trondheim to be an active collaborating partner and contributor to major events that Trondheim municipality is involved in. The contract includes, among other things: Doctors for use in institutions/nursing homes, health centres, family doctor's offices and emergency doctor surgeries. Nurse emergency doctor surgery Nurses and health care workers for use in institutions/nursing homes, home based services and the emergency doctor surgery. The objective of the procurement is to ensure reliable operation of the municipality ́s statutory health and care services by covering the need for qualified personnel in connection with absence and capacity challenges. The contract shall contribute to the municipality always having access to available and competent temporary staff who can carry out the assignments in accordance with applicable requirements for quality, patient safety and professional prudence. The framework agreement shall be able to be used by all relevant entities within the health and welfare sector in the municipality that have a need for external temporary staff. The need for temporary staff services will vary and can occur both in connection with planned leave, such as holidays and leave and for unforeseen events or increased activity. The assignments can be both shorter and longer and the need will typically be greatest during holiday periods, public holidays and weekends. The tenderer is required to have sufficient capacity and access to qualified personnel to be able to cover the contracting authority ́s needs when this occurs. The delivery shall be of high quality and it shall fulfil the current requirements in legislation and agreements, including working environment legislation and relevant tariff provisions.
