The objective of this agreement is to ensure the performance and function requirements connected to the electronic security of objects connected to the Agency for Water and Sewerage Works (VAV/Contracting Authority). VAV has several industrial plants connected to water production, water distribution and sewage management, as well as administration premises that are secured or shall be secured. The installations vary greatly in size and consist of a few large industrial rock installations for water treatment and sewage treatment, elevated basins for storing water, and several smaller pumping stations for water and sewage. See annex 1 - Requirement Specifications for further information on the procurement ́s purpose and extent.

Oslo kommune v/ Vann- og avløpsetatenOsloThe Agency for Water and Sewerage Works (VAV) needs to deliver CO2 that is used for water treatment at VAV ́s facilities. VAV shall enter into a new framework agreement for CO2 for the facilities at Oset and Skullerud. The need for CO2 delivered to the plants is estimated to be approx. 2,800 tonnes per annum, divided in approx. 2,500 tonnes at Oset and approx. 300 tonnes at Skullerud VBA. The consumption is evenly distributed throughout the year. The stated volume is estimated from the current consumption and is only meant as information to tenderers. From 2028 it is expected that consumption at Oset will be reduced. The extent of this is uncertain. Tenderers shall also offer maintenance/service of the CO2 plant and gas safety courses. Clear and understandable communication towards internal and external target groups is significant in all project phases. The offered resources must be able to handle a portfolio of applications and projects. The portfolio will usually belong to one or several organisational entities at NTNU.
