It assists the Rule of Law Roadmap (~500 reform measures) through legislative projects, audits, reforms, strategies, and capacity building. Partners include the DPMO, GOCEEI, and key Ukrainian institutions. Activities focus on expertise (legal advice, capacity building, selection) and experience (exchanges with EU states).
