The overall subject of the contract is to assist the EC Representation in its communication activity in Germany aimed at increasing public and media attention to the policy developments and strategic discussions at EU level. This is to be done by facilitating the organisation of events and campaigns such as: press conferences, media briefings and seminars, conferences, workshops, meetings, round-table discussions, presentations, public events, fairs, award ceremonies, as well as any other public gatherings. The contractors shall carry out all creative, advisory, logistical and technical activities related to the organisation and smooth implementation of the events and campaigns. The services to be contracted will also include social media promotion, photo and video recording services related to the events as well as the production and delivery of promotional materials. In addition, event planning and management of publications, questions, research, citizens services.

TThe ministries, at various events primarily in Oslo, require arrangements for the press in public spaces. The purpose of this procurement is to meet the ministries’ need for the rental of press platforms (press decks), as well as the provision of associated equipment and services. Associated equipment refers to technical equipment, including solutions for lighting, image, and sound related to press stands. Associated services refer to project management, rigging, and technical staffing during planning and execution. The events may include various types of occasions, for example high-level state visits. Such events are characterized by the fact that the date and scope are often not known well in advance. Activation of assignments may therefore occur at short notice, and in some cases, initial delivery may be required within just a few hours after the order is placed. The events are often carried out under a high level of security. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a single total supplier with the capacity and expertise to meet the overall need. The framework agreement has a duration of 2 + 1 + 1 years. The maximum value of the framework agreement is set at NOK 20 million, excluding VAT. The agreement is not exclusive. The contracting authorities have the right, but not the obligation, to award contracts under this framework agreement. The contracting authorities are not obligated to purchase a specific volume during the term of the agreement. Procurement of catering services for the Government's representation services
The aim of the procurement is to cover the need for catering services for mealtimes connected to representation in the RRA. A correct framework for events consists of many parts, of which the dishes that are served are a very important part. It is therefore important with high quality, so-called "fine dining". The RRA has the chef who handles daily operations and events on a smaller scale. With larger events with more than 20 persons present, staff holidays and during busy periods there is, therefore, a need to supplement in order to have events with meals. Some events are known of a long time in advance, some come at very short notice.
