This framework agreement will be established on foot of this tender competition for the provision of Site Management Services at Abbey Park on behalf of Wicklow County Council, by a social enterprise. The Abbey Park project involved the provision of a new high quality open space, public garden/tourism attraction in the historic setting of Abbey Park, Wicklow Town, Co. Wicklow. The project includes the redevelopment of the old Coach House into a café/exhibition space, provision of an outdoor performance area, public toilets and suitable public lighting, and a high quality and attractive planting and landscaping scheme. The aim of the project is to enhance this key open space in order to maximise its function as a public amenity, a tourism attraction and heritage asset. The Authority shall draw down the Services at its sole discretion as required under the Contract with the successful Tenderer. The first two (2) projects for which are the Services shall be drawn down as follows: • Reference Project 1: Dublin City, Coolock to Clontarf (Vernon Avenue to Coast) Walking and Cycling Scheme – 3D illustrations; and • Reference Project 2: Dublin City, Ringsend to City Centre Walking and Cycling Scheme – 3D photomontages and video animation. In addition, the Authority is seeking to establish a multi-party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Visualisation Services for public transport related projects funded by the Authority, with the six (6) highest ranked most economically advantageous Tenderers. The successful Tenderer(s) shall provide the Services under the Contract and/or Framework Agreement in accordance with the specification requirements across the following categories: a) Photography; b) Photomontages; c) 3-D Visualization; d) Illustrations/Collages; e) Animation; f) Schematic Mapping; g) Artificial Intelligence (AI) and h) Any other services specific to the successful Tenderer’s expertise, including those enhanced by emerging technologies.
