Establishment and Management of the Common Central Platform (CCP) for the Sales and Repurchases of CBAM certificates
Gemeinsame Beschaffung einer zentralen Plattform (CCP) für den Verkauf von CBAM-Zertifikaten gemäß dem Joint Procurement Agreement. Der Rahmenvertrag umfasst die Entwicklung, Einrichtung und Verwaltung der CCP. Eine vorbetriebliche Version mit Kernfunktionen für Verkauf, Rückkauf und Abgleich muss bis zum 31. August 2026 testbereit sein. Der operative Start für den Verkauf der Zertifikate ist der 1. Februar 2027. Zudem sind Dienste für den Betrieb über die Vertragslaufzeit hinaus enthalten.
