Competition for the procurement of external resources for the coordination project
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the delivery of external professional and methodic assistance for the Coordination Project in DFØ. The coordination project shall map and analyse coordination possibilities across DFØ ́s divisions and propose a prioritised list of relevant measures. The project will be carried out in three phases. Phase 2 (The current situation, June - November 2026) is the core delivery. The contract also includes an option for phase 3 (Vision and concepts, November 2026 - February 2027) and phase 4 (Gap-analyses and action plan, March-June 2027). The coordination project is a transverse project in DFØ that shall strengthen the co-ordination across the entity. The project is anchored in DFØ ́s business strategy 2025-2030 and the activity plan 2026, and the project ́s mandate has been decided in the management group. Framework agreement for interior architect services
The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for a framework agreement for interior architect services. The law court administration needs to connect with a tenderer who can assist with good engineering design plans for both new establishments, renovations and changes to premises. This primarily includes the preparation of furnishing plans, fixtures concepts and form drawings for courtrooms, multi-purpose rooms, support rooms, public areas and office areas. The tenderer shall also be able to assist with procurements of fixtures and when assessing the landlord's proposal for designing rooms. To ensure that systems are uniform, functional, secure and area efficient, as well as the architecture in the court premises interacting, there is also a need for the tenderer to draw on architect assistance. Nye Modumheimen comprises a new extension to the welfare centre Modumheimen in Modum municipality. The building shall house a short-term department for rehabilitation, observation, respite care, municipal emergency 24 hour units and palliative care, day activity offer for persons with dementia, café and meeting place, "one door in" for preventive services, central kitchen and competence and training areas. In addition 16 to 24 residential units shall be co-located for elderly persons with connection to manpower. This procurement concerns architect services within architecture, landscape architecture and interior architecture, as well as responsible applicant, for the concept phase. The concept phase shall clarify the form and location of a new building on the site and connection to the existing buildings. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the design, development, establishment and operation of a new website for the Competition Authority (konkurransetilsynet.no) that, in a target orientated and efficient manner, supports the Authority's social mission. The new system shall contribute to good accessibility of information, services and decisions to different target groups, and facilitate a high degree of user friendliness, retrieval and effective task solving for the users. The delivery includes a comprehensive system that includes the design and development of the website, the establishment of suitable CMS, the preparation of appropriate information architecture and structured content, migration of the existing content, as well as testing and launching. In addition the tenderer shall provide operation, support and management of the system in the contract period, including further development based on changed needs and priorities. The system shall meet the current requirements for universal design, security and privacy, and be based on flexible and future oriented technology that supports further development, integrations and efficient management over time. The assignment involves close cooperation with the contracting authority throughout the entire project, including in planning, design assessments, testing and certification of central deliveries.
