The DIO shall cover all needs related to technical stage assistance, but the primary event will be Arendalsuka. Arendal municipality will be able to use this agreement for other events where there is a need for technical assistance. The scope concerns technical assistance for production of stage content and lectures during Arendalsuka, among other things. This includes technical coordination, technical equipment and technical manpower. Arendalsuka's own stages are largely hired out to different actors, so the offered technical personnel must also be able to function as a good representative of Arendalsuka. Concerns a high degree of service, stretches longer than just its discipline, and takes one overall responsibility for seamless liquidation. This contract involves sound, lighting and stage, and in some cases also AV technical systems. Contact [email protected] if you need technical stage assistance.

The main aim is that Arendal municipality can easily secure the correct competence and machines/equipment that can supplement municipal work teams when their own capacity is not sufficient. The offered services and equipment shall be adapted to municipal assignments. The assignments can vary in scope - from minor assignments carried out by a operator with the accompanying vehicles, to larger projects that require several work layers and extensive machines. Tenderers shall mainly supplement and possibly assist the municipal work teams when their own capacity is insufficient. It is therefore important that the offered services/materials are adapted to the municipal assignments, both in the form of competence, material and the ability to set up when the need is present. The work outsourced to the competition in the scheme will be of both a larger and smaller extent. This means that some assignments can be carried out by a single operator with the accompanying vehicles and others will require larger work teams and machines.
