Alta Municipality shall procure a digital learning system that meets the needs of primary and secondary schools. The solution shall be safe and intuitive for students, staff and parents throughout primary and secondary schools. The solution shall be easy to use, flexible for adaptations, and comprehensive enough to support both teaching, learning, collaboration and assessment in a comprehensive school course.It shall be possible to assess solutions separately for primary and secondary schools. Based on this assessment, the municipality shall be free to choose either one common solution for the entire primary and secondary schools, or two different solutions if this is considered most appropriate and best adapted to the needs of the respective levels.Providers must therefore differentiate and specify how their system can meet the needs of the different target groups at primary and secondary schools, and how the solution can be implemented either together or as separate systems.

The Communication on Industrial Carbon Management emphasises the importance of aggregating these industrial-scale projects into a knowledge-sharing platform to facilitate the collection of and information on best practices between CCUS projects in the EU. This procurement is expected to establish and operate an open collaboration and knowledge sharing platform, providing data and up-to-date information about the entire CCUS sector, based on the collection of primary data from current and future large-scale demonstration projects. The knowledge sharing platform will be open to all projects (at industrial scale, but also larger research and pilot demonstrations) that are ready to share information and cooperate without disclosing commercially sensitive information and in full compliance with single market competition rules. Cork County CouncilCorkCork County Council have agreed a 12-month extension for the provision of digital services and customer relationship platform to ensure the continuity of services in preparation for the re-procurement of such platform. The digital services portfolio resides within Corporate Services directorate and is managed by the Service rePublic unit there. This unit holds the service transformation and innovation brief and uses a service design approach to deliver its programme. The current online services and customer relationship management solution is the govService platform from Granicus. The Service rePublic unit are responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of digital services through this platform. The customer services section which comprises of the main county Hall switch and contact centre is also in the Corporate Services directorate. There are a total of 6 contact centre agents, a supervisor and a contact centre manager. The Council’s out of hours emergency is also part of the customer services section, these calls are handled by an external company who input details onto the Council’s CRM. A tender for the continued provision of an online customer experience platform and CRM is required to ensure continuity and expansion of the digital programme in Cork County Council. Cork County Council has a people-centred Corporate Plan in place underpinned by innovative digital and communications strategies.
