The overarching objective of this assignment is to develop a results-driven Five-Year Strategic Plan (2027–2031) that provides the Information Commission with a clear and implementable roadmap to operationalize its mandate, enhance public access to information, and strengthen transparency, accountability, and institutional responsiveness in line with the Access to Information Act, 2021  Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
