TenneT TSO GmbH (hereinafter referred as TenneT) is the largest Transmission System Operator (TSO) in Germany (based on circuit length, installed capacity and size of operating zone as of 31 Decem-ber 2025). The company operates critical infrastructure that secures access to a reliable, sustainable and affordable electricity supply. TenneT is one of the largest investors in electricity grids on land and at sea in Germany. Located at the Northwest European energy crossroads, TenneT connects: North and South. Offshore and Onshore. Germany and Europe. With its approximately 5,000 employees the company builds, maintains and operates Germany's largest transmission grid with a length over 14,000 km connect-ing more than a third of the European Union’s total offshore wind capacity. Its growth is driven by a rapidly evolving electricity demand that requires a flexible and growing grid architecture. The scope of this prequalification procedure covers services and systems in the areas of protection and substation control technology within extra high-voltage & high-voltage substations and grids. These sys-tems are essential components of the secondary technology and play a key role in ensuring the safe, reli-able, and efficient operation of the transmission grid. The technical requirements are based on internationally recognized substation communication protocols commonly applied in the automation and operation of electrical power systems. The primary focus of the TQS is on IEC 61850, while other relevant protocols, such as IEC 60870 5 103 and IEC 60870 5 104, are also considered where applicable. This prequalification process aims to identify Economic Operators with proven expertise in the planning, production, implementation and integration of such technologies in accordance with applicable technical and regulatory requirements. Candidates receive qualification status for each of their own production sites and each technical lot. The successful completion of the qualification process depends on various factors beyond TenneT’s control. TenneT can only commit to the processing time for the individual gates. Purchase of a high-voltage shore connection (HVSC) including an onshore power system (OPS) and a cable management system (CMS) for the supply of electrical power to cruise ships in Port of Skagen.
On shore power for cruise ships shall be established at the cruise quay Krydstogtkajen in Port of Skagen, 9990 Skagen, Denmark. For this purpose, the Contractor shall deliver a high-voltage shore connection (HVSC) including an onshore power system (OPS) and a cable management system (CMS). The HVSC shall be able to deliver up till 16 MVA of high-voltage onshore power to at least one cruise ship at a time. The Deliverables include a complete converter station and a complete cable management solution from the OPS on to the quay front. The converter station shall be a container-based solution, where all components are to be placed inside containers, except coolers that shall be placed on the ground outside the building, which the Purchaser will build around the containers. The Contractor shall be responsible for groundwork for the CMS. The Contractor shall deliver all necessary documentation and perform training of the personnel who shall operate the HVSC upon Delivery. The HVSC shall be operational by 1st of November 2027. Definitions: High-voltage Shore Connection (HVSC): includes the Onshore Power System (OPS), the Cable Management System (CMS) and the high voltage cable distribution system from the OPS to the quay front. Onshore Power System (OPS): includes all the components necessary to transform, convert and monitor the power on shore, including, but not limited to, transformers, converters, switch gear, breakers and control, monitoring, interlocking and power management systems. Cable Management System (CMS): includes all work, cables and equipment needed from the OPS to the quay front for delivering power to the ships. This includes HV shore distribution systems (from the OPS), shore-to-ship connection and interface equipment and other items necessary for delivering power to the cruise ships. Maintenance: All maintenance necessary for the proper functioning of the HVSC shall be performed by the Contractor during the warranty period. Annual Readvertisement of Qualification System for the Purchase and or Leasing of Buses and Coaches for Bus Éireann/Irish Bus - (Annual Readvertisement 3/8 - Amended)
Bus Éireann intends to procure low emission coaches and schools buses, and where possible zero-emission coaches with low environmental impact in compliance with the latest EURO VI Regulation. The vehicles will comply, as appropriate, with the EPA’s guidelines on road transport vehicles and the European Communities (Clean and Energy Efficient Road Transport Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations 2021. To be considered for inclusion on a Qualification Panel(s), applicants must complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) providing relevant details in relation to the criteria set out below for assessment. It is envisaged that this qualification system will be used to either purchase and or lease during the five-year term of the Qualification System. Economic operators apply once to qualify onto the panel by providing details of their financial and technical capacity against predefined published Selection Criteria within a PQQ. The Qualification Panel for the Purchase and or Lease of Buses and Coaches will be broken down in to sub categories called Lot 1 – Purchase of Buses and Coaches Expressway, and Lot 2 – Lease of Buses and Coaches Expressway, Lot 3 - Purchase of School Buses and Coaches, Lot 4 - Lease of School Buses and Coaches, Lot 5 - Purchase of single or double deck city bus type vehicles and Lot 6 - Lease of single or double deck city bus type vehicles. Economic operators can apply for the Lot(s) that best reflect their commercial operations. Economic operators must complete a PQQ for the Lot(s) that they wish to qualify to. Only economic operators who satisfy the selection criteria of each individual Lot will qualify on to that Lot. After the initial advertisement, the panel must be advertised annually for the duration of the panel (5 years) to continually inform the market place of its existence. Economic Operators can apply to qualify on to the panel, throughout the duration of the panel. Economic Operators who are already qualified to the panel can also amend their application at any interval should their financial or technical capacity or capability change. Qualifying onto a panel does not guarantee any work and/or contracts to a supplier. Implementation, Extension and Provision of a Central Phasor Data Concentrator System with Integrated WAMS Functionality
TenneT is a leading European transmission system operator responsible for the safe and reliable transmission of electrical energy over long distances. TenneT’s core tasks include the expansion and maintenance of the transmission grid, the integration of renewable energy sources, and the assurance of grid stability. TenneT’s grid area covers large parts of Germany and the Netherlands and includes both onshore and offshore connections. As an operator of critical infrastructure, the security and reliability of the systems in use are of particular importance. The aim of this tender is to replace the central Phasor Data Concentrator (PDC) at TenneT TSO GmbH (TTG) with a new system supporting PDC functionality, data storage, offline WAMS applications, trend monitoring WAMS applications, and data exchange with external PDCs. The implementation is planned for approximately Q3/2026. TTG’s new concept for PDC and WAMS applications includes in particular the following scope of services: a) Provision of a central PDC to collect and aggregate data streams from at least 400 PMUs and to store this data in a local data storage system. The central PDC shall be capable of forwarding real‑time data to additional clients. b) Provision of a C37.118‑2 client with WAMS applications and long‑term data storage. The client shall receive aggregated data from the central PDC as well as from additional PDCs, store the data in a long‑term database, and make it available for WAMS analysis applications. c) Provision of additional PDCs and WAMS applications for testing and training purposes. The subject of this tender is the procurement of central PDC systems, WAMS applications, user interfaces, laboratory PDCs, and a data historian for TenneT TSO GmbH (TTG) as part of the ENTSO‑E interconnected power system. Provision of Services for Electrical Maintenance Repair and Callout to 3 Landfill Sites and Leachate Infrastructure Maintenance in County Louth
Louth County Council has three closed landfills which are under licence by the EPA. At site Number 1-Whiteriver landfill, there are seven side slope risers each with a leachate submersible pump and level sensor. The depth of these pumps varies from between 30 and 80 metres. The Council as part of licence conditions are required to maintain a level below 1 metre in depth in each side slope riser sump. The lagoon level is required to be below 1.90 metres. All side slope risers and lagoons are linked by level sensors, programmable logic controllers and underground wiring to a scada system. The site is supplied by single and three phase supply. At this site there are several buildings including a weighbridge, internal and external WC, office, store, canteen, engine compound WC, engine compound switch room and engine compound store/office. Each building has lighting circuits and power outlet sockets (note no power outlet sockets in WC’s). In addition, there are several external lighting circuits, hot water boilers, fixed heaters and groundwater pumps. There are seven external control panels associated with the side slope risers and a number of external control panels associated with the aeration unit, surface water lagoon, generator switch over point, electrical kiosks. There are also several internal control panels in the office, weighbridge and engine compound rooms. At site Number 2- Drogheda landfill, there are two sumps used for pumping sewage and surface water. Both have a duty and standby pumps and associated control panels. At the flare compound there are electrical sockets and electrical panel which operates an air compressor. At site Number 3-Dundalk landfill there is one sump with a duty and standby pump plus associated control panel which pumps to the sewer. All sites will require one full electrical test during the duration of the contract and testing of RCBO’s every six months. Ropes and chains are tested every six months. The contract may require the isolation of pumps and the lifting of pumps at Drogheda and Dundalk every six months to facilitate testing and may require chain replacement. - TenneT TSO GmbHBayreuth

Framework Agreement for the Delivery of Control Systems (IEC104) and the Provision of related services TenneT is a leading European transmission system operator responsible for the safe and reliable transmission of electrical energy over long distances. TenneT’s core tasks include the expansion and maintenance of the transmission grid, the integration of renewable energy sources, and the assurance of grid stability. The aim of this tender is the establishment of two framework agreements for the procurement of substation Control Systems, in particular Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) and field control units, for use in TenneT TSO GmbH’s (TTG) high‑voltage and extra‑high‑voltage substations. The systems to be procured are intended for control, monitoring, signalling and automation purposes within substations and are a key element of secure and reliable grid operation. Within the scope of this tender, TTG intends to procure Control System components including, but not limited to, bay control units, station control units, interface devices, and related auxiliary equipment. A central focus of the procurement is the use of the communication protocol IEC 60870‑5‑104 (IEC 104) for the exchange of control, status and measurement data between the substation level and higher‑level control systems. The devices shall support typical substation automation functions, reliable IEC 104 communication, and seamless integration into existing station control concepts in accordance with applicable technical standards. The subject of this tender is the supply of Control Systems hardware, including IEDs and associated components, as well as related documentation and services necessary for commissioning and integration into TTG’s substations. The framework agreement shall enable TTG to call off devices on demand over the contract term for new installations, refurbishments, and replacement purposes. Parallel to the hardware framework agreement, TTG intends to conclude a separate service contract covering the maintenance of the devices and the maintenance of embedded software, including corrective and preventive measures as well as software updates and upgrades, in accordance with the contractual provisions. Due to increasing requirements regarding system availability and redundancy, the procurement procedure is structured into two lots, which will be awarded separately. The lot structure is intended to ensure supply security, operational resilience and redundancy of the Control Systems deployed within TTG’s transmission grid.
