JuliThe Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) hereby invites suppliers to pre qualification for the procurement of lightweight all terrain vehicles for military use in both winter and summer conditions, including snowmobiles and 6x6 ATVs. The procurement will be conducted as a negotiated procedure with prior pre qualification of candidates. A non exclusive framework agreement will be awarded to a single supplier, with an initial term of three years and an option for an additional four years, for a total potential duration of seven years. The estimated contract value is NOK 385 million, with an overall ceiling of NOK 710 million. The agreement covers the complete scope of supply and is not divided into lots. The procedure is organised as a two stage process, where this pre qualification constitutes stage 1. Only suppliers that meet the pre qualification requirements will be granted access to the tender stage (stage 2). These requirements are set out in the attached document “Pre-qualification Document”, which specifies the conditions for participation, required documentation, deadlines, and a description of the procurement process. Tenderers are asked to read the document carefully before submitting their request for participation. JuliThis procurement covers the design, construction and delivery of two identical training vessels, with an option for two additional vessels (1+1) , to the Norwegian Armed Forces. The vessels shall be used for education and training in military practical navigation, in order to ensure that the required competence of future navigators in the Royal Norwegian Navy is maintained and further developed. The training concept is based on a recurring cycle of theoretical instruction, simulator training and practical navigation. The main teaching platform is the navigation system, which must be as close to identical as possible in the simulator and on board the vessels. In this context, the training vessels serve as a platform for bringing the navigation system to sea. The vessels shall be modern, reliable and representative of current standards, with primary emphasis on safe navigation, energy-efficient operation and pedagogical suitability. The vessels shall be built in accordance with civil (DNV) class. They shall be serially built, with a high degree of standardised civil components and subsystems, in order to ensure effective competition and keep operating costs at a low level. Each vessel shall have a length of less than 24 metres, be capable of achieving a minimum speed of 18 knobs, and have a total installed engine power of less than 750 kW. Trondheim kommuneTRONDHEIMLadebekken-Rosenborg (Laderos), Stage 4, is the fourth stage of a total of 5 stages for separation of sewage and renewal water, for an area that stretches from Ladebekken to Rosenborg.The contract includes replacing water pipes and separation of sewage installations, re-establishing roads as well as renewing street lights in several streets in the Rosenborg area. At the same time OPI channels and cable installations shall be established for Tensio. The facility comprises 3,400 m ditch for water and sewage installations and 1,300 m ditches for sand traps and service pipes. A sewage system shall be constructed with a separate system and this shall replace the existing system with a joint system. A new water supply plant shall be constructed in a joint route with the sewage facility. Parts of the transfer pipeline for water supply from Kuhaugen basin towards the city centre shall also be replaced. JuniThe Howth FHC Dredging Project is a €30m+ project to dredge the harbour involves the dredging, stabilisation and beneficial reuse of circa 240,000 cubic metres of contaminated but non-hazardous bed material. This material is located within the confines of the West and East piers of Howth harbour in four main zones known as: * the fishing basin between West and Middle Piers * the channel which provides access from sea * the outer swing mooring area to the north of the inner break water * the inner Marina basin which is adjacent to the public slipway and channel It is proposed that this material is treated and stabilised using a pumped liquid mixing method in a location on the Middle Pier and pumped to a location to the West of the West Pier where it is to be used as the core infill of a new reclaimed multi use land area. In order to minimise delays and to give potential tenderers the best opportunity to tender for the overall project, the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine are undertaking a pre-qualification process to assess the suitability of prospective tenderers for the main construction and dredging contract relating to the Howth FHC Dredging works. The Department are proposing to prequalify the top 6 ranked applicants, with a minimum number of 3. Submissions are sought from suitably experienced applicants who can demonstrate experience relevant to the required works and who can mobilise sufficient plant and labour resources to undertake and complete the project. The works contract will be tendered in a two-stage format, with pre-qualification and suitability questionnaire stage commencing in May 2026 in order to generate a shortlist for the restricted final tender process to be undertaken. The platform includes i.a. functionality for mapping objects, logistics, marketplace, as well as functionality for reporting and analysis. The contracting authority had previously carried out a market survey in 2026 to examine the market for such a system. As a part of the market survey, the contracting authority attached a requirement specification with minimum requirements for such a system. The contracting authority only received a response from Loopfront AS on the survey, and this tenderer could fulfil the requirements that were set. The contracting authority is therefore of the opinion that there is currently only one supplier on the market who can deliver a re-use platform that fulfils the contracting authority ́s needs. The Contracting Authority has, with reference to the exception in the procurement regulations §13-4 b. point 2, intends to enter into an ongoing contract with Loopfront AS for the purchase of their re-use platform. The contract ́s value is estimated to be between NOK 600,000 - 1.2 million, excluding VAT over 4 years. If someone would like to appeal the intention notice, this can be done for up to 10 days from the day after the notice has been published.
