Background: The targeted informal settlements in Karachi and Peshawar face significant deficiencies in water supply, sewerage, drainage, roads, educational facilities and safe, inclusive public spaces. Existing infrastructure is frequently deteriorated, undersized or poorly maintained, limiting reliable access to basic services and affecting public health, safety, mobility and community well-being. To address these challenges, the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) is implementing a series of infrastructure and basic service improvement projects. These interventions were identified and prioritized by the target communities through a participatory settlement planning process, during which communities developed Strategic Settlement Plans (SSPs) to comprehensively address their development needs and challenges. The new housing estate will consist of several types of housing with different number of residential units per housing type. The project also includes a garage building (carport) and outdoor areas with parking and green areas. The sites are currently taken over as they appear. The development of roads and plot areas for the dwellings is carried out in a previous contract, and the water and sewage installations as well as electrical infrastructure are carried out to the site border. The buildings shall be constructed with a wooden supporting system. An option price shall also be given for execution with standard railings with an equivalent function. The project is divided into three areas: Area 1: Three residential buildings (housing type 04, 06 and 07), garage building (carport), central heating system, joint buried sanitation installations as well as the delivery and assembly of a solar panel facility Area 2: Four residential buildings (housing type 02 and detached house) Area 3: Two residential buildings (semi-detached houses and wooden dwellings)See the tender documentation for further details on each area as well as interface between the areas. Parallel zu den Straßenbauarbeiten und Brücken sind nachfolgende Maßnahmen zu berücksichtigen: a) Elektroverkabelung (Kostenträger e-regio) b) Gasleitungshausanschlüsse (Kostenträger e-regio) c) Entwässerungskanalarbeiten (Kostenträger Stadtwerke Bad Münstereifel) d) Wasserleitungshausanschlüsse (Kostenträger Stadtwerke Bad Münstereifel) Sowohl e-regio als auch die Stadtwerke beabsichtigen hier den Auftragnehmer mit der Ausführung der Arbeiten lt. LV Titel Nr. 2, 3, 4 und 5 eigenständig zu beauftragen. e-regio wird i.Z. der Baumaßnahme den Zustand von Gasleitungshausanschlüssen prüfen und ggf. Erneuerungsmaßnahmen durchführen. Hier fallen noch weitere Erdarbeiten im Auftrag der e-regio an. Die Bewertung der eingereichten Referenzen erfolgt nach der beigefügten Bewertungsmatrix in den Vergabeunterlagen.
