Neubau eines Verpflegungsgebäudes mit Schulungsräumen im Terningmoen-Lager, Elverum. Das Gebäude umfasst ca. 9.000 m² auf drei Etagen: Keller (praktische Ausbildung, Technik, Lager), Erdgeschoss (Speisesaal für 936 Personen, Großküche, Lager, Kühlräume, Personalräume) und Obergeschoss (Theorieräume, Technik). Zum Projekt gehören zudem Außenanlagen wie Zufahrtswege, Warenannahme, ein freistehendes Netzstationsgebäude, Wartungsflächen, Zugangsbereiche und Außen-Sitzplätze am Speisesaal.
