NORCE Research AS is an independent research institute that provides multi-disciplinary, applied research within energy, climate and the environment, health, society and technology. NORCE works closely with business and the public sector to create research based innovation and social benefit. NORCE has several locations nationally. Deliveries under this agreement shall be able to perform efficiently across NORCE ́s locations (Tromsø, Bergen, Stavanger, Haugesund, Oslo, Kristiansand and Grimstad), through a combination of on-site presence and digital formats. Seamless follow-up of researchers, project managers and administration shall be facilitated, regardless of geographical location. The aim is to enter into a framework agreement with one total supplier (with an option to use sub-suppliers see point 2.6) of commercialisation services, which shall strengthen NORCE ́s ability to help identify, assess, evaluate and develop research results. The contract shall supplement NORCE ́s internal innovation and business developer function and ensure professional handling of rights, market clarification and scaling. * The framework agreement will be used for individual assignments as needed (call-offs). * NORCE maintains primary responsibility for brainstorming, first dialogue with researchers, receipt of innovation messages (DOFI) and initial rights claims. * The tenderer will have primary responsibility in later phases of the commercialisation process. The final division of roles and responsibilities will be agreed per assignment. Horten municipality sent approx. 3,000 cases in 2025 to debt collection, with a main chair of approx. See the requirement specification in Annex 2 under the tab "Scope" for the distribution between the different types of requirements. The stated estimates are not guaranteed. The extent can be changed during the contract period. Horten emergency doctor surgery currently has a contract for receivables with its own system supplier. These or other entities may be added/expired in this agreement during the agreement period. Payroll Services include payroll processing with time and attendance options, statutory contributions and tax reporting, employee administration, contract and leave management, payment and disbursements, compliance and audit support. Specifically looking for services that will include a large construction craft professional workforce, paid monthly against a defined hourly rate structure, with hours captured and approved through a project timekeeping system. Provider Interested companies must register/update their Company's information in Bechtel's iSupplier portal at https:// www.bechtel.com/supplier/. If Company has any questions or to express interest in bidding on this requirement, Company shall notify Bechtel’s Contact Person. Once notified, Bechtel shall provide the interested party the Poland Prequalification Questionnaire where interested party would complete with response to Bechtel for review. Bechtel notes that previous proven capabilities and experience of similar scale of scope and complexity of the requirements will be mandatory and additional documentation / evidence may be required. The prequalification criteria shall be included in the prequalification questionnaire, examples thereof include demonstration of (i) experience in furnishing similar scopes of Payroll Services in past or current projects, (ii) availability of equipment/personnel/facilities for performance of scope of the required services, (iii) safety record (iv) and quality compliance to ISO 9001:2015 or quality program that is comparable to ISO 9001 (to be approved by Bechtel and PEJ), (v) compliance to certification of legally mandatory requirements, (vi) financial standing (solvency), and (vii) verification of organizational capabilities. Upon Bechtel’s evaluation of your response to the Poland Prequalification Questionnaire, Bechtel will notify if your Company meets, conditionally meets, or does not meet the prequalification requirements that closely match the requirements. Your Company's submission of the Prequalification Questionnaire does not automatically qualify your Company to be a prequalified Company for the Scope. Proposals may be provided in EUR, PLN, USD. Furthermore, the proposals will be requested as lump sum and unit rate order with agreement to unit rates for change management. Award criteria shall be based on a combination of the highest evaluated scored bidder with the consideration of the following key criteria in order of relevance, together with cost which will determine the final decision for the award which will be detailed further in the Bid Document(s) and during RFQ phase. Sept.Background and purpose The contracting authority for this procurement is County North (FKN), consisting of the county municipalities Møre og Romsdal, Trøndelag, Nordland, Troms and Finnmark. The procurement also includes municipalities and external entities belonging to the participating counties, cf. SSA-R annex 1 Annex 3 - Business Overview. Cooperating municipalities and other affiliated entities are included under each county that is the contract party. Separate contracts can also be established for participating public entities. Legal responsibility and contractual follow-up in the individual organisation rests on each county or entity as the contract party. The procurement is for the establishment of a framework agreement for the purchase of telephony services to contracting authorities covered by the contract. The framework agreement will include the delivery of telephony services to counties, municipalities and other public institutions, total 98 entities. The delivery includes IP telephony and mobile telephony with associated functionalities, as well as administrative and commercial systems. The services concern subscriptions and traffic for landline and mobile telephony, as well as the accompanying services for the telephony area. As a starting point, this includes all parts of the entities' activities. The contracting authorities ́ main areas for service production are public administration, primary and secondary schools, vocational college, public transport, as well as health and care services. The services are to be carried out partly from fixed service locations, but also to a significant degree through mobile services, for example within public transport and municipal care services. A general objective of the agreement is to ensure the contracting authorities access to cost efficient communication systems for the service production throughout the entire contract period. The delivery shall be able to be developed in line with technological developments and at the same time support other technologies that will be used to cover concrete needs in the service production. Examples of such associated needs are welfare technology in the health sector as well as monitoring and remote follow-up connected to buildings, ferry quays, ticket machines, weather stations and other technical installations. It is therefore important that the requested services can be delivered in the geographical areas where the technology shall be used. The delivery must also contribute to establishing a foundation for further development after the contract expires, independent of the supplier. The framework agreement shall ensure the contracting authorities: Access to cost efficient, reliable and integrated telephony services in accordance with the contracting authorities ́ total needs. Access to telephony services that function independently of the contracting authorities ́ technical infrastructure. Access to capacity in developed fixed and mobile communication networks.
