Østfold Kalnes Hospital plans to establish a new logistics system for handling personnel clothing in connection with the development of a new radiation and somatic building. - SYKEHUSINNKJØP HFVADSØ
Qualification: Laboratory automation for Østfold Hospital.
The procurement includes automation lines with connected analysis instruments combined in a fully automatic system including middleware, conveyor belt, pre- and post-analytical functions, which will replace the current automation system at Kalnes, as well as free-standing instruments at the locations in Askim, Fredrikstad, Moss, Sarpsborg and Halden with method equality and connection to a joint middleware system. The procurement are meant to cover the health company's activity level and the need for development in the next ten years. Resources have been put aside in Østfold Hospital's economic long-term plan, but the final budget is currently not granted. Parts of the extent concerning future development and/or future activity levels can, therefore, be set as options in the basis for the final tender. At Østfold Hospital, the laboratory business is organisationally assembled in the Centre for Laboratory Medicine. The centre covers the disciplines of medical biochemistry, medical microbiology, gene technology, transfusion medicine- blood bank and pathology and has joint samples reception. Laboratory automation for Sykehuset Østfold HF
The procurement includes automation lines with connected analysis instruments combined in a fully automatic system, including middleware, conveyor belt, pre-analytical functions (replacement of the current automation system at Kalnes), as well as free-standing instruments at the locations in Askim, Fredrikstad, Moss, Sarpsborg and Halden in order to ensure method equality and connection to a joint middleware system. The automation system ought to have a high degree of flexibility both as regards the physical solution and middleware and it can easily incorporate new analysis instruments, modules and tests (analyses) that can be relevant in the coming years. The aim of the procurement is to see to the Hospital Østfold ́s level of activity and the need for development over the next 10 years, and the solution shall contribute to realising the Centre for Laboratory Medicine ́s basic idea that everything that can be automated shall be automated and everything that can be connected to an automation system shall be connected independently of the discipline. - SYKEHUSINNKJØP HFVADSØFrist: 29. Ventilation services for Østfold Hospital.
A framework agreement shall be signed for ventilation services in the health company ́s premises/buildings. The service will be for ventilation services with the accompanying equipment deliveries in connection with ongoing and emergency maintenance and minor alteration works. The contracting authority will, as a main rule, carry out maintenance on the ventilation installations, but will also need to purchase this service (or parts of it) in some cases. Annex 10 - "Property Overview" contains an overview of which locations the customer is currently using. There will be changes in the contract period. In such cases the tenderer will get information on changes. New locations will be included on the same terms as those in the overview today. The Initial project will consist of the construction of a new build 75 bed Community Nursing unit (CNU) within the Ballina District Hospital campus with direct linkages into the existing Ballina District Hospital. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with three tenderers for electrical services and installation work within heavy and low current for Østfold Hospital HF ́s locations. The contract has an estimated value of NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value is NOK 20,000,000 excluding VAT over 4 years.
