The Board of Management of Ardscoil La Salle (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this Call for Tenders (“CFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the supply of the goods as described in Appendix 1 to this CFT (the “Goods”). The Goods are required to be supplied and installed on or before 1st December 2026. In summary, the Goods comprise: Tools and Equipment for the teaching of Construction Studies and Engineering, based, mostly on specifications by the Department of Education and Youth (DEY) for post-primary schools. This public procurement competition will be divided into 3 (three) Lots: Construction Studies-Wood Technology, Engineering and Electronics.

Any framework agreements that may result from this Competition (the “Framework Agreements”) will be issued for a term of twelve (12) months, (“the Term”). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to 12 Months with a maximum of three (3) such extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law. The Contracting Authority will award an initial Contract for the provision of: • Panic alarms in the Four Courts Campus and Chancery Street; • Personal panic alarms for all members of the Judiciary; and, • The provision of monitoring and maintenance services for the new installations.
