Call for External Collaborator – Update and operationalize risk assessment models for the SLI in Moldova

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The hired expert will work with Moldova’s State Labour Inspectorate (SLI) personnel to update risk assessment models, general and for undeclared work. Run updated model, generate profiles, and assist SLI to train territorial chiefs. Expert will co-design monitoring framework and provide guidance during pilot. Following which, expert will support required updates to models and use results to assist SLI to develop a risk assessment-based inspection plan for 2027. All learnings and practical guidance will be captured in a National Labour Inspection Risk Assessment Report. Building SLI focal person capacity over the contract period is a key requirement.
