A mobile Cleaning In Place (CIP) system and a centralized pH system
This tender concerns the procurement of a mobile Cleaning In Place (CIP) system and a centralized pH system for the demonstrator-scale acetone production plant, the main deliverable of the PYROCO2 project. The PYROCO2 project is a European Innovation Action funded in 2021 under the EU's Green Deal initiative, involving 20 partners from 11 countries. The project aims to demonstrate large-scale biotechnological acetone production using hydrogen and CO2 as feedstocks, with a target annual production capacity of approximately 300 tons at TRL7. Implementation, Extension and Provision of a Central Phasor Data Concentrator System with Integrated WAMS Functionality
TenneT is a leading European transmission system operator responsible for the safe and reliable transmission of electrical energy over long distances. TenneT’s core tasks include the expansion and maintenance of the transmission grid, the integration of renewable energy sources, and the assurance of grid stability. TenneT’s grid area covers large parts of Germany and the Netherlands and includes both onshore and offshore connections. As an operator of critical infrastructure, the security and reliability of the systems in use are of particular importance. The aim of this tender is to replace the central Phasor Data Concentrator (PDC) at TenneT TSO GmbH (TTG) with a new system supporting PDC functionality, data storage, offline WAMS applications, trend monitoring WAMS applications, and data exchange with external PDCs. The implementation is planned for approximately Q3/2026. TTG’s new concept for PDC and WAMS applications includes in particular the following scope of services: a) Provision of a central PDC to collect and aggregate data streams from at least 400 PMUs and to store this data in a local data storage system. The central PDC shall be capable of forwarding real‑time data to additional clients. b) Provision of a C37.118‑2 client with WAMS applications and long‑term data storage. The client shall receive aggregated data from the central PDC as well as from additional PDCs, store the data in a long‑term database, and make it available for WAMS analysis applications. c) Provision of additional PDCs and WAMS applications for testing and training purposes. The subject of this tender is the procurement of central PDC systems, WAMS applications, user interfaces, laboratory PDCs, and a data historian for TenneT TSO GmbH (TTG) as part of the ENTSO‑E interconnected power system. TenneT TSO GmbH is certified according to ISO 27001. Therefore, only software solutions or equipment that comply with TTG’s Operational Technology security requirements may be offered (OT security and IT security requirements). The Agency awarded a single framework service contract to the contractor Reversec Finland Oy, which came into force on 10th April 2025, for an amount of €900.000,00 over the maximum allowable period of 3 years including renewals. This contract is used for supporting ENISA for the provision of cybersecurity services in Finland. Due to an anticipated higher than forecast use of these FWC’s, it has become apparent that the budget allocated will not be enough to service the needs of the agency for the remaining two years and three months. Within the first year of this framework contract, a total of €407,775 has thus far been consumed, leaving approximately €492,225 for the remaining two years and three months.
