Nav Vest-Viken shall procure a Norwegian course for participants who shall achieve level A1. The aim of the course is to strengthen participants ́ Norwegian skills, with particular emphasis on oral skills in order to increase the possibilities for work, or utilise other initiatives on the way to work. The procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Act, 17 June 2016 no. 73 (LOA) and the public procurement regulations dated 12 August 2016 no. 974 (FOA). Parts I and IV of the Public Procurement apply for this procurement. This procurement follows the procurement procedure in accordance with part IV of the Regulations.

ARBEIDS- OG VELFERDSETATENMo i RanaFrist: 03. Juli1. The objective of the procurement is to increase the participant's Norwegian proficiencies and knowledge of working life. This is done through training in Norwegian and the labour market, as well as work practice. The course shall strengthen the participant ́s possibilities to take further education, or to get to work and become financially independent. 2. The target group for the course is immigrants with low Norwegian abilities, Norwegian A1 or lower. They can either have little or no experience with Norwegian working life or they may have been working previously. Participants must be older than 19 years old and have a valid residence permit. Participants ́ rights to Norwegian training in municipal management shall be clarified and used before the course place can be given. The Nav office assesses any participants and cooperates with the service provider on recordings. The participant group should be composed with a similar country background/language background and Norwegian proficiencies. Language support will be required. The offer of language support shall, in such cases, be present during the entire course period.Basic System Operator Course for AW101
