Lot Tender for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Operation of a Vessel Monitoring System
Ørsted is tendering for a new Vessel Monitoring System (VMS) based service to document the performance of its fleet of Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV’s) operating in wind farms in Europe, Asia and US. 2.2.5 The solution should provide Ørsted with: a) A log of the daily activities of the CTV fleet using onboard logger boxes. Daily activities could be Transit, Dockings with transfers and crane lifts, etc. b) Give the captain access to make comments throughout the shift. c) Video record the transfer area on the vessel while docking and provide access to these re-cordings. d) Analyse the vessel speed, comfort, and dockings. e) Analyse both the transfer quality and the impact on the WTG when the CTVs are docking. f) Collect and analyse engine data. g) Deliver the collected and analysed data to Ørsted daily. h) Provide excellent and fast service and support when needed. i) The Scope of Services will be compromised of Services as well as Goods/Hardware. j) Fast and flexible supply, installation and commissioning to avoid interruption with offshore operations - EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG
Periodic Subsea Inspections - Offshore Wind Farms in the North Sea
Lot 2: Periodic Subsea Inspections - Offshore Wind Farms in the North Sea Lot 2 covers the periodic subsea inspections for the offshore wind farms Hohe See (HS), Albatros (ALB), and He Dreiht (HD). The scope includes visual and functional inspections of underwater support structures of WTGs and OSSs. All inspections shall be performed in accordance with the applicable standards of the BSH and the respective wind farm-specific inspection plans. In HS and ALB, 21 to 22 WTGs shall be inspected annually (25% scope). The OSS in each wind farm is subject to a four-year inspection cycle. In HD, which is currently under construction, 16 WTGs shall be inspected annually (25% scope). The inspection scope is based on applicable standards and is expected to be updated as the project progresses. The inspections may involve either full visual and functional checks or reduced GVI. Bidders shall submit fixed lump sum prices for both options. The contractor shall conduct the inspections between April and September. The full organization of the offshore campaign is the contractor’s responsibility, including selection and provision of a suitable DP2 vessel, logistics planning, crew transfers, and inspection equipment such as ROVs. All personnel must hold valid offshore wind certifications and have documented experience in subsea inspections. A logistics concept must be submitted as part of the bid and shall include information on the base port, operational weather limits, contingency planning, and crew transfer processes. Inspection activities must be thoroughly documented. This includes daily reports outlining completed work, deviations, weather conditions, and safety-related events, as well as technical inspection reports. All photo and video recordings must be time- and location-stamped. Final documentation must be submitted no later than six weeks after completion of the offshore works. This notice is published on a voluntary basis in order to increase transparency and knowledge about the contracting entity’s purchases in EU tender procedures. This notice relates to the contracting entity’s project for the development, construction and operation of one offshore wind project in the Baltic Sea with a total potential capacity of up to [1.5 GW] where Ørsted Wind Power A/S is representing the contracting entity in the entire tender procedure (‘Entity represented by Ørsted Wind Power A/S’), specifically to the tender for Construction Phase Crew Change helicopter. Operating in Dublin Bay and the Irish Sea the boat(s) should be approximately 15.5m to 17.5m in length and capable of accommodating a crew of 2 and up to 6 pilots. The boat(s) shall deliver the highest standards of operational safety, reliability and crew protection with a design that is robust and fit for yearround offshore conditions. The boat(s) shall have a strong emphasis crew safety and safe pilot transfer through appropriate layout, access arrangements, fendering, and seakeeping performance. The design should incorporate modern, environmentally efficient technologies and principles, including consideration of fuel efficiency, emissions reduction and overall lifecycle sustainability.
