The participating Dutch Distribution System Operators (DSOs) Stedin, Alliander and Enexis intend to conduct a joint procurement procedure for the supply of mechanical fittings and shut-off valves for gas distribution networks. The scope includes the supply of mechanical couplings, transition fittings, ancillary components (including support inserts where applicable) and mechanically connected shut-off valves suitable for polyethylene (PE) gas pipelines with nominal diameters up to and including 63 mm. The products are intended for use in low- and medium-pressure gas distribution networks and must comply with applicable technical standards, certification requirements and quality requirements for gas infrastructure applications. Through this market consultation, the contracting entities aim to obtain information regarding available products, market developments, sustainability opportunities, innovation potential, security of supply, technical developments (including suitability for future energy carriers where applicable) and possible procurement strategies. NL-Petten: New gas detection system and maintenance services for GASTEF
The JRC would like to procure a new gas detection system, consisting of oxygen and hydrogen detectors (approx. 12 oxygen detectors and approx. 4 hydrogen detectors, exact numbers depending on the technology used), and a central control unit, for its High-Pressure Gas Testing Facility (GASTEF) to replace an outdated one. The GASTEF facility is used for the experimental assessment of safety and performance of systems and components under pressurised hydrogen, and the gas detection system has a safety purpose for the facility. Some of the detectors will need to be able to operate in an inert atmosphere, i.e. nitrogen, and be compliant to ATEX zone 2 (Hydrogen) requirements. Øygarden 132kV Totalentreprise
The contracting authority intends to award a design-build (turnkey) contract for the establishment of the Øygarden substasjon. The project includes both design and construction of a complete class 3 substation, including buildings, technical installations, and associated infrastructure. The contract also covers the installation of cable systems and routing, including a new line connection between Blomøy and the new substasjon, as well as demolition of selected parts of the existing grid. The design-build contractor will be responsible for the entire delivery, from detailed design and procurement to execution and completion, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. All relevant disciplines are included (civil works, HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, and automation), including coordination and integration between them. The 145 kV GIS switchgear is not included in this procrument. However the contractor shall ensure all necessary provisions for installation, interfaces, and integration with this system. The station will include functions such as a control room, technical rooms (fiber, battery, and distribution), backup power, GIS room, cable basement, and locker room facilities.
