Country: Montenegro   Description of the Assignment:  Local Consultant – Applied AI and Digital Skills Trainer for Local Governments and NGO representatives Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 25 September 2026 - 30 November 2026 (8 consultancy days= Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
