Tasks include developing a CoP concept, engaging local stakeholders, compiling a stakeholder database, identifying partner organizations, evaluating cooperation, and establishing a new regional CoP under GAP for EPR. Also includes organizing at least one awareness workshop per partner country, logistical arrangements, and supporting existing exchange formats.
