304 IC Private Sector Investment in Circular Construction and Debris Recycling

Country: Ukraine Description of the Assignment: Screen priority sectors, assess barriers to private investment in circular solutions, engage companies, develop up to two preliminary business cases, and support investment dialogue and validation. Type of position: NationalDuty Station: Home-based, Ukraine. Travel is not envisaged. Period of assignment/services (if applicable): up to 95 working days  Main objectives of the assignment: The overall objective is to identify the main market, regulatory, financial and institutional barriers limiting private investment in circular economy solutions, assess which circular economy models in the debris sector have the strongest commercial potential in Ukraine, and demonstrate, through up to two practical examples, whether such projects can be financially viable and under what conditions, while complementing existing UNDP technical initiatives on waste and debris management, construction material recycling and recovery, optimization of material use.Tender documents can be downloaded from the link at the bottom of the announcement text on Procurement Notices, Section "Documents".
