In the meantime, the Contracting Entity intends to use the negotiated procedure without prior call for competition for the award of a reservation slot agreement with Pipelife AS in respect of the marine outfall pipeline element of the GDD Project. It is intended that the successful main contractor for this element of the GDD Project will then enter into a supply only agreement with Pipelife AS for the marine outfall pipeline.

The contracting authority would like to enter into one framework agreement with one tenderer for a framework agreement for pressure testing and disinfection. This includes assistance with pressure testing in all of the municipality ́s water pipelines, disinfection and neutralisation of the pipelines, as well as sample taking, pipe inspection, pigging, leakage searching and flushing. The contracting authority is obliged to make its procurements with the tenderer with which a framework agreement has been signed, and the chosen tenderer is, after an order from the contracting authority, obliged to deliver in accordance with the framework agreement. This Contract Award Notice (CAN) relates to the award of a contract by the National Commissioner of the Icelandic Police for the purchase of six to ten motorcycles for police use in Iceland. A VEAT notice (No. 23389) was published in relation to the intended procurement. Two prior tender procedures had been conducted; however, no valid tenders were received in either procedure. In both procedures, a single tender was submitted, but it was rejected because the tender forms had not been completed correctly. Project Director with management staff to manage the execution of the Mortensrud project
Oslo municipality c/o Oslobygg KF, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure for the procurement of a Project Director with the management staff to manage the execution of the Mortensrud project. The Mortensrud project is a complex multi-purpose project with development in one combined area divided in three fields - fields 10, 11 and 12. The plan area is just under 200 acres and comprises approx. 60,000 m2 gross. Field 10 includes a new nursing home, sheltered accommodation flats, library, leisure club and volunteering, communal garden and town park. Field 11 consists of a new Mortensrud primary school with a cultural school and multi-purpose hall with accompanying outdoor areas and a school park. Field 12 consists of a sports park with an athletics hall, football pitches and a cricket pitch, as well as development of a forestry park etc. To ensure that the project is rigged for start-up in accordance with this plan, Oslobygg is now preparing the establishment of a robust implementation organisation and ownership management. The Mortensrud project is to be considered a mega-project, with a significant scope, high complexity, many interested parties and great social significance. This entails special requirements for capacity and competence in management and execution. Qualification of telephony equipment, project services and project raising for Helse Sør-Øst [The South-East Regional Health Authority]
The objective of the procurement is that Sykehuspartner HF shall, on behalf of Helse Sør-Øst RHF (HSØ), enter into regional framework agreements for the procurement of: Telecom related equipment, i.e. hardware and software (including licences), in the form of systems and platforms, or individual elements within them, associated operational support systems and terminals. The equipment shall be used to maintain, broaden and develop HSØ's telephony infrastructure so that it is at all times able to support HSØ ́s need for robust telecommunication services. Emphasis is put on the fact that the Contracting Authority, as a part of this, also wishes to procure ready-made installations, i.e. not individual components, based on function and performance requirements. Project assignments in the form of fixed price assignments, target price assignments or equivalent for various planning, review, design, development and installation assignments in connection with the telephony infrastructure. This can be everything from small and simple assignments such as upgrades, to more complex assignments that require project management and design, as well as independent assignments with defined deliveries and the accompanying delivery quality that is managed by the supplier. Project assignments can also be delivered in combination with equipment, e.g. by the supplier delivering a ready installed and tested system (e.g. a complete telephony system). The contracting authority reserves the free and unlimited right to procure such project assignments (excluding products) for other contracts, i.e. independent of, or in addition to, this framework agreement. •Hourly based assistance, i.e. assistance from the service provider on an hourly basis.
