This lot covers the provision of fixed connectivity services to Uisce Éireann sites, including offices, depots, plants, and other operational locations. Services will encompass both wired connectivity (e.g., fibre circuits) and a range of wireless technologies such as satellite, radio, microwave, and mobile solutions, as well as traditional telephony connectivity where required. The scope includes all associated hardware, installation works, and ongoing billing and service management activities. This will be established as a multi vendor lot, with one primary supplier and a cascading arrangement enabling award to additional suppliers where the primary vendor is unable to meet specific requirements. Sept.The National Treatment Purchase Fund (the “NTPF”) hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced Healthcare Providers to submit tenders for the establishment of a Multiparty Framework of Private Healthcare Providers for the Provision of Additional Inpatient and Outpatient services (the “Framework”). This procurement is being conducted under the Light Touch Regime applicable to social and other specific services pursuant to the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (S.I. No. 284/2016), as amended, and the relevant provisions of Directive 2014/24/EU. The procurement is being conducted using the Open Procedure and is subject to the applicable requirements and principles of equal treatment, non-discrimination, transparency, proportionality and competition. The NTPF may specify service volumes and implementation arrangements through Call-Off Contracts awarded in accordance with the Framework Agreement and the procurement documents. The NTPF wishes to appoint Healthcare Provider(s) for each of the Lots indicated below. Commission for Regulation of UtilitiesDublinSection 47 of the 1999 Act, which refers to section 45 of the Electricity Supply Act 1927, gives the Contracting Authority legal powers to decide to grant or refuse to grant a special order on the application of ESB, or of a holder of an authorisation to construct or reconstruct a generating station for the purpose of supply to final customers, or to construct an interconnector, or of a person who has applied for such an authorisation, in certain circumstances. Section 45 of the Electricity Supply Act sets out the legal basis for the compulsory acquisition of any land, easement, or other right over land, or to acquire or use compulsorily any right over land by special order. Section 45 also establishes a procedure for exercising that compulsory acquisition power. In considering whether or not to grant a special order the Contracting Authority may hold a public inquiry. This legislation can be found on www.irishstatutebook.ie and the revised acts, administrative consolidations of the legislation, can be found on www.lawreform.ie. The Contracting Authority expects that one or more applications for a special order may be received and is seeking (by this Competition) to appoint a framework of Inspectors. The Contracting Authority is seeking an Inspector to review, chair a public inquiry (if required), prepare a written reasoned report, assess the relevant information and make a recommendation to the Commissioners on an application for a special order(s). The Contracting Authority is proposing that a panel of Inspectors be procured. The Inspector will work closely with a secretariat, who will provide all administrative, logistical, technical and environmental supports, where required, to complete the review. Sept.The procurement of administrative services within HR, finance and accounting, project and case processing, as well as analyses for NND and IFE NUK, located in Halden and Kjeller. IFE NUK Kjeller has an option to use the contract before the planned transfer of business, which has the provisional date 1 January 2027. The framework agreement shall contribute to respite the organisation in periods with high workloads and for vulnerability related to manpower. NND shall carry out a transfer of business and take over IFE NUK Kjeller with approx. 200 employees, so that the supplier market must be able to support a business with two locations. The framework agreement shall further ensure NND ́s access to services where there is a need to obtain expertise outside the company's own core competence. The services will apply to both assignment based deliveries and the hire of labour, depending on the need and the at any given time applicable agreements with elected representatives. There will be a need for both individual consultants/consultants and independent teams, with possibilities for both hourly deliveries and fixed price deliveries. NND currently has a framework agreement with one tenderer in several of the disciplines. This contract is about to expire. It is planned to enter into parallel framework agreements where call-off mechanisms shall occur via mini-competitions. Cork County CouncilCorkFrist: 28. Sept.Cork County Council intends to form a multi-party framework of persons suitably qualified in the field of occupational therapy, to provide the required services and advice in relation to applications for Housing Adaptation Grants for Older People and People with a Disability Grant Schemes for private houses and adaptations to local authority owned homes. The occupational therapist will be required to carry out an assessment of the needs of the applicant and works required and submit a written report to the Council with regards to the appropriateness of the works / adaptations sought. Cork County Council proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of occupational therapist assessments and reports. The framework agreement will be established with 10 or more economic operators, subject to that number meeting the minimum criteria and rules and as set out in the Tender Response Document. For the purposes of establishing the framework, the County area is divided into 10 lots / areas covering the administrative are of Cork County Council. The framework will consist of 10 separate frameworks one for each lot / area. It is envisaged that the framework will be further subdivided into two identical frameworks, one covering Local Authority owned homes under the Disabled Persons Grant Schemes and the other covering privately owned homes under the Housing Adaptation Grants for Older People and People with a Disability Schemes. Each of these lots will result in a separate framework of successful tenderers. Applicants can indicate which lot / area they wish to apply to be included (map provided showing lots). The framework for each lot / area will operate using the rotation method where a call-off contract may be awarded by application of the terms already laid down in the framework agreement. The framework agreement will be for a maximum period of 4 years.
