The framework agreement shall apply for the always owned and leased properties in Tromsø and the surrounding area. The need may change during the contract period. Properties can, therefore, forfeit the contract, and properties within Tromsø and the surrounding area can be added to the. Special rules and executing personnel must be approved by the tenant for work in the prison and the police centre. A police certificate is required for work in prisons and police houses. Security clearance is subject to being required.
