Die Leistungen umfassen den Schutz vorhandener Bauteile und Einrichtungsgegenstände, Putz-, Spachtel- und Malerarbeiten an Wandflächen sowie die Herstellung eines hochwertigen Verbundestrichs mit kunstharzgebundenem Industriebodenaufbau. Hierzu gehören sämtliche Untergrundvorbereitungen, Haftbrücken, Rand- und Bewegungsfugen, Hohlkehlen, Grundierungen, Einstreuschichten und abriebfeste Versiegelungen. Ergänzend sind Fugenverschlussarbeiten sowie Bedarfspositionen für Stundenlohnarbeiten auszuführen.
