The procurement concerns winter maintenance of approx. 180-200 properties in Oslobygg KF ́s portfolio within health, care, culture and stand-by. The delivery includes mechanical and manual snow clearing, gritting, filling coats and spring sweeping. Several of the properties have 24 hour operation and social critical functions, including emergency services, fire stations, welfare buildings and other emergency properties, which sets high requirements for stand-by, response time and quality in the execution. The procurement is divided into two geographical sub-contracts (east and west), and a contract is planned to be signed with two tenderers - one per area. The contract period is eight years, with an estimated total contract value of NOK 130 million excluding VAT and a maximum limit of NOK 160 million excluding VAT. The contract has comprehensive requirements for seriousness, HSE, environment and use of emission free or biogas based vehicles and machines where possible.

OFA IKSGJERSTADGjerstad municipality shall enter into framework agreements for winter maintenance on municipal roads. The framework agreement is for the hire of tractors and possibly other machines with drivers for snow clearing and clearing municipal roads/open spaces. Winter operations mainly comprise routine operational assignments, stand-by assignments and reports to the contracting authority. The term operational assignments includes snow clearing and gritting of roads, car parks and foot paths/pavements etc. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to ensure that winter maintenance is carried out in accordance with the current service level (self-call-out) in accordance with the current requirements. The contracting authority has the right to call out the tenderer to perform services under the contract when he sees a need for this or finds this appropriate. For further information on the contents of the procurement, please refer to part 2 Annex 1 with sub-annex. The procurement is divided into two lots.
