Dynamic purchasing system for joinery work with the accompanying materials.
Sandnes municipality, c/o Sandnes eiendom, hereby invites tenderers to a restricted tender contest for the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (hereafter called DIO) for joinery work with the accompanying materials. The scheme replaces the previous purchasing scheme. The procurement scheme shall include municipal buildings and residences at the contracting authority, including schools, nurseries, residential and activity centres, nursing and old people ́s homes, swimming and sports centres, office buildings, arts centres, municipal rental housing, health centres etc. Invitations to submit tenders under the scheme will mainly apply to minor investment and maintenance projects, based on the at any given time applicable action and financial plan, and will mainly be carried out as execution contracts or builder-developed turnkey contracts. Hjelmeland municipality carries out an open tender round to find a project owner to rent the work with the co-location of Årdal and Hjelmeland sheltered accommodation centres. A moglegheits study has been published for co-localisation in Hjelmeland.
