Ein SaaS-Plattform für die Verwaltung, den Betrieb und die Alarmannahme wird gemeinsam mit wohltätigen Einheiten und Sensoren für Dienstleistungsempfänger in Wohnungen (ca. 1.000 private Wohnungen und 16 geteilte Wohnungen) sowie wohltätige Einheiten und Sensoren für 5 von 7 Pflegeheimen und ein Kurzzeitpflegeheim erworben. Darüber hinaus wird ein Service für die Reaktion auf Sicherheitsalarms (Heimdienst) und Schulungen und Unterstützung angeboten. Optional kann die Ersetzung von wohltätigen Einheiten und Sensoren für Dienstleistungsempfänger in privaten Wohnungen und die Einrichtung von Türrichtlinien erfolgen. Die Vereinbarung gilt für die Gesundheits- und Pflegedienste der Gemeinde Ringsaker, einschließlich Heimdiensten, 16 geteilten Wohnungen mit ca. 100 Nutzern und Einrichtungen (7 Stück).
