Art der Leistung Die NRW.URBAN GmbH & Co. KG handelt als Vertreterin der Bezirksregierung Köln und begleitet in dieser Funktion verschiedene Vergabeverfahren, die mit der Sanierung und Instandsetzung der ZUE Wegberg durchgeführt werden. Umfang der Leistung - Durchführung einer Schadstoffsanierung an Bodenaufbauten in 30 Häusern (Beaver Close, Wessex Close, Canberra Crescent) auf dem Gelände der ZUE Wegberg-Petersholz unter Einhaltung der Vorgaben gemäß TRGS 519 und ggf. DGUV 201-028 - Sanierungsrelevante Parameter: Asbest, ggf. PAK - Anlieferung, Vorhalten, Aufbau und Einrichtung sämtlicher für die Durchführung der angefragten Leistungen erforderlichen Utensilien, Gerätschaften und Einrichtungen - Demontage und Entsorgung von (asbesthaltigen) PVC-Belägen, Klebern, Ausgleichsmassen und Begleitbestandteilen nach, nach Einschätzung des AN, geeigneten Verfahren (Vorzug von BT-Verfahren) - Feinreinigung und Freimessung der Sanierungsbereiche sowie Abfallentsorgung
