In its current off-the-shelf form, a Salesforce solution is not capable of meeting all of IDA Property’s requirements without tailoring and multiple integration points with third party systems. The option of the extension of the framework to a maximum of 7 years will allow the IDA (provided that the successful tenderer has performed in a satisfactory manner) to obtain the benefit of the framework support as envisaged in the event of a prolonged implementation period.
