VR Group (ca. 15 Rechtseinheiten in Finnland, Schweden und Lettland, >9.100 Mitarbeiter) schreibt eine Rahmenvereinbarung für Versicherungsschutz und zugehörige Dienstleistungen aus. Umfasst verschiedene Versicherungssparten wie Haftpflicht, Sachschaden, Betriebsunterbrechung, Transport sowie gesetzliche Versicherungen und Dienstleistungen (Underwriting, Policenverwaltung, Schadenbearbeitung). Lieferung über Wettbewerb innerhalb des Rahmenvertrags. Zuschlag nur nach qualitativen Kriterien. Laufzeit: 3 Jahre fest + 2 optionale Verlängerungen zu je 1 Jahr. Erste Versicherungen sollen im Q3/2026 ausgeschrieben werden, Beginn 1. Dezember 2026.
