Sørlandet Hospital HF (SSHF) plant die Aufrüstung seines bestehenden Patientenüberwachungssystems an drei Standorten (Flekkefjord, Kristiansand, Arendal) mit insgesamt 640 Monitoren, 56 Telemetrien und 25 Zentralstationen. Der Umfang umfasst die Aktualisierung von Servern, Vermittlungsstellen und Monitoren auf die neueste Version. Die Arbeiten sollen von Vingmed AS, dem aktuellen Lieferanten, durchgeführt werden. Die Vergabe erfolgt ohne Wettbewerb gemäß § 13-4 C der Vergabevorschriften, da ein Lieferantenwechsel zu technischen Inkompatibilitäten oder unverhältnismäßigen Betriebs- und Wartungsschwierigkeiten führen würde. Die Vertragsunterzeichnung ist 10 Tage nach Veröffentlichung geplant.
