KAV Kommunale Assekuranzvermittlung GmbH & Co KGLeipzigDeadline: Aug 14Die KAV ist als firmenverbundener Versicherungsvermittler für kommunale Wohnungsunternehmen tätig. Derzeit betreut die KAV Versicherungen eines kommunalen Wohnungsunternehmens mit einem Bestand von ca. 37.100 Wohnungen. Die Tätigkeit umfasst die Vermittlung der Versicherungen, die Unterstützung bei Risikoanalyse, der Ermittlung des Versicherungsbedarfs und bei Schadenverhütungsmaßnahmen, sowie auch die organisatorische und fachliche Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung von Schadensfällen sowie die Auswertung von Schadenstatistiken. Für die Erledigung der vorgenannten Aufgaben – umfassende Beratung und Betreuung auf dem Gebiet des Versicherungswesens sowie die Vermittlung von Versicherungen – sucht die KAV einen ungebundenen (nicht an ein oder mehrere Versicherungsunternehmen gebundenen) Versicherungsmakler mit ausgeprägtem Wissen und Erfahrungen im Bereich Wohnungswirtschaft, der sie im Wege einer Maklerkooperation vollumfänglich berät und un-terstützt. Die Bearbeitung von Schäden im Bereich der Wohngebäudeversicherung ge-meinsam mit dem Versicherer (sog. Schadensmanagement/ Schadenbearbeitung) ist eine optionale Leistung, welche die Auftraggeberin beauftragen kann. Es ist eine Beauftragung zum 01.01.2027 für ein Jahr mit automatischer Verlängerung um jeweils ein weiteres Jahr beabsichtigt, soweit nicht mit einer Frist von sechs Monaten gekündigt wird. Die maximale Laufzeit wird 5 Jahre, also bis 31.12.2031, betragen. Derzeit ist die Auftraggeberin die KAV Kommunale Assekuranzvermittlung GmbH & Co KG. Im Rahmen einer gesellschaftsrechtlichen Unternehmensumstrukturierung ist eine Übertragung auf ein anderes konzernverbundenes Unternehmen geplant. Ein solcher Wechsel des Auftraggebers bzw. Vertragspartners auf Auftraggeberseite kann nach Zuschlagserteilung oder bereits vor Zuschlagserteilung erfolgen. Derzeit ist die Übertragung für einen Zeitpunkt nach Zuschlagserteilung vorgesehen. Mit Abgabe seines Angebots erklärt sich der Bieter für den Fall der Zuschlagserteilung mit der Übertragung des Vertrags auf ein konzernverbundenes Unternehmen in sämtliche Rechte und Pflichten des Auftraggebers aus dem Vertrag einverstanden (vgl. hierzu auch Ziffer 12 im Vertrag).
