Es soll ein umfassendes Endoskopiesystem für die gastroenterologische, pneumologische undendosonografische Diagnostik und Therapie beschafft werden. Der Beschaffungsumfang umfasstflexible Endoskope verschiedener Ausführungen, Ultraschallendoskope, Bronchoskope,Endoskopie- und Ultraschallsysteme inklusive Peripheriegeräte, Gerätewagen, Bildverarbeitungskomponenten sowie die erforderlichen Service- und Wartungsleistungen. Weiterer Bestandteil des Beschaffungsumfangs ist die Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme der Systeme.Der Auftragnehmer stellt den Umfang des Beschaffungsgegenstandes während des life-cyclesvon acht Jahren im Rahmen eines Mietkaufs (inklusive Vollservice-Wartung respektive Präventiv-Wartung) zur Verfügung. Nach dem Zeitraum dieser Frist gehen alle sich beim Auftraggeber befindlichen Installationen, Technik, Geräte etc. in das Eigentum des Auftraggebers.
