Erneuerung der Leichtathletikanlagen, die Erneuerung der Zaunanlagen sowie die Herstellung eines barrierefreien Zugangs zur Zuschauerterrasse. Der derzeitige bauliche Zustand der Sportflächen ist stark sanierungsbedürftig.
