Das Projekt umfasst ca. 4.100 m² Nutzfläche für bis zu 925 Personen, inkl. 21 Büro-AP der Bundespolizei und 2 für den Gebäudebetrieb. Außen sind 263 Stellplätze (258 BPOL, 5 Dienstleister) vorgesehen. Die Erschließung erfolgt über eine nördliche Zufahrt. Grundlage ist der 18. Planänderungsbeschluss (SF1). Eine Machbarkeitsstudie (amd.sigma, 05/2024) liegt vor.
