Geplante Vergabe eines Dienstleistungsvertrags an Heimilisfrið (Behandlungs- und Wissenszentrum für häusliche Gewalt). Ziel: Verhinderung weiterer Gewalt durch Unterstützung von Tätern in Beziehungen bei der Konfliktlösung und Entwicklung gesunderer Strategien. Anforderungen an den Anbieter: Nachweis ausreichender Kapazitäten (Personal, Einrichtung); Therapeuten mit Psychologen-Lizenz; bestätigte Gesundheitsdienstleistung nach isländischem Recht; Therapeuten mit mindestens 3 Jahren Erfahrung in spezialisierter Therapie für häusliche Gewalttäter unter Verwendung anerkannter, evidenzbasierter Methoden und Supervision durch Therapeuten mit mindestens 10 Jahren Erfahrung; anderes Personal mit mindestens 3 Jahren Erfahrung und Supervision.
