Tory Group Water Scheme (GWS) wishes to appoint an Engineering Services Provider (ESP) using the standard conditions of engagement COE1 for the design of a disinfection system and upgrade of slow sand filter including ancillary pipework required to install any treatment processes to achieve compliance with the European Drinking Water Standards. The service is to include for all Civil and Hydraulic Design, process engineering services as required; any environmental / ecological evaluations required; preparation of construction tender docs, administration of tender process (publication, clarifications, evaluation, etc.); award and management of construction contract. The ESP will also be required to act as PSDP for the Project.
