Vergabe von Ingenieurleistungen für die technische Ausrüstung HLS (Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3, anteilig 8) für Umbau, Sanierung und Erweiterung der Herigoyen Grund- und Mittelschule in Sulzbach am Main. Stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen 1-9: Stufe 1 (LPH 1+2 für BA 1-3), Stufe 2 (LPH 3+4 für BA 1-3), Stufe 3 (LPH 5-7 je BA), Stufe 4 (LPH 8+9 je BA). Angestrebt werden einfache, robuste, wartungsarme Lösungen mit reduziertem Automationsgrad (Low-Tech bis Standard, z.B. DDC-Regelung). Besondere Leistungen: Beratung bei Förderverfahren und Mitwirkung am Verwendungsnachweis. Demontageplanung bestehender HLS-Technik und technische Einbauten in Außenanlagen als Eventualpositionen. Machbarkeitsstudie liegt vor; Zielfindungsphase abgeschlossen. Kein Rechtsanspruch auf gesamte Beauftragung.
