Europaweite Vergabe von Planungsleistungen für den bauordnungsrechtlichen Brandschutz (gemäß AHO Schriftenreihe Heft Nr. 17, 4. Auflage) für die Komplettsanierung und Umnutzung des denkmalgeschützten Gebäudes Heidelberger Straße 16a in Hockenheim zur Nutzung als Schülerbetreuung der Pestalozzi Schule. Umbau umfasst Entkernung, Dachsanierung, Fenster-/Türtausch, Treppenhausertüchtigung inkl. Brandschutz, neue Sanitärräume, komplette Haustechnik-Erneuerung (HLSE) und barrierefreien Außenaufzug für 110 Kinder in 4-5 große Räume plus Nebenräume. Gebäude (Baujahr 1890, zweigeschossig mit Dachgeschoss, Mauerwerk/Backstein) wurde Mai 2024 geräumt. Leistungen werden stufenweise beauftragt.
